Conclusion of the Distance Contract
By placing an order in the online store, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
A distance contract between the buyer and the provider is deemed concluded when the provider sends a confirmation of the order to the buyer via email.
The contract is concluded in the Slovenian language and is legally binding for both parties. The provider stores the order electronically, and the buyer may request access to the contract by contacting the provider via email.
Once the order is submitted, the buyer cannot modify their personal or delivery information. The buyer is therefore responsible for verifying the accuracy of all submitted data before confirming the order.
4. Payment Methods
Payment by Pro Forma Invoice (Bank Transfer):
If the buyer selects bank transfer as the payment method, the order amount must be transferred to the seller’s bank account, using the order number as the reference. The buyer must complete the payment within 48 hours of order submission. If payment is not received within this time frame, the order is considered canceled without further notice.
Payment by Credit/Debit Card:
Card payments are processed according to the terms of the chosen payment service provider. Any additional fees or limitations are determined solely by the selected provider.
Order Processing and Delivery:
The seller will begin processing the order and preparing for shipment upon receipt of full payment or successful confirmation of the card transaction by the payment service provider.
Invoice:
The seller will issue an invoice for each completed purchase, which will be included in the package or sent to the buyer’s email.
If the buyer wishes the invoice to be issued to a company, this must be explicitly stated at the time of order, and all necessary information must be provided. Subsequent changes from a personal to a business invoice are not possible.
5. Delivery and Shipping Costs

6. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the goods, without needing to provide a reason. Exclusion of the Right to Withdraw
According to Article 135 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the buyer does not have the right to withdraw in the following cases:
