Product Prices

The prices of individual pieces from our collections are listed in our online store.
For custom-made creations, the price is determined individually based on the complexity and selected materials.

All prices on the website are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
A discounted price indicates the reduced regular price for which the product is available for a limited or indefinite time.
Prices listed in the online store apply to individual items and do not include shipping costs, which are charged separately.
All prices are valid at the time the order is placed and are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices apply only when using the specified payment methods and under the published terms.

Custom-made garments

Custom clothing at ÆMONA is a personal and thoughtful process, where we collaborate with you to create a garment that expresses your personality, highlights your silhouette, and follows the brand’s aesthetic.

Before starting, each client receives an individual quote that clearly defines the scope and cost of the service.

The process includes:

1. Initial consultation – a personal meeting to discuss your wishes, the occasion, and expectations.
2. Material selection – we present you with a selection of high-quality fabrics and color variations.
3. Material and color confirmation – the chosen fabrics and color palette are confirmed by the client.
4. Pattern and construction development – designing the garment based on the agreed design and your measurements.
5. Prototype or base model creation – preparation of a test piece for the first fitting.
6. Fitting and adjustments – checking the fit and making any necessary corrections.
7. Final production and delivery – crafting the final garment with all the agreed-upon details.

Express service

If you need the garment faster than the usual timeframe, we offer an express service option:

• Express surcharge (less than 9 working days): +30% of the base price
• Express time slots are limited and confirmed by agreement.

Order terms

• Upon order confirmation, a 50% deposit is required. It is applied to the final price and is non-refundable.
• Production time for made-to-measure items is usually 3 to 6 weeks, possibly longer for complex pieces.
• Each piece includes at least one fitting; more fittings can be arranged for complex designs.

Customizations

By agreement, we can perform minor adjustments, such as changes in length, color, or material, if technically feasible for the selected model.
Prices for customizations start at 10% of the full item price and are determined by the extent of the changes.

Shipping

For your convenience, we offer postal delivery of orders.
Shipping costs vary based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the chosen courier service.
Exact shipping fees will be clearly indicated at checkout.
All parcels are insured to guarantee safe and secure delivery.

Garment rentals

We offer rental of selected pieces from our collections for special occasions, fashion events or professional photo shoots.

• Rental fee: 30% of the item’s value for up to 48 hours
• Each additional day: 10% of the item’s value per day

Rental is available only by prior reservation and confirmation by the ÆMONA brand.

The client is responsible for careful handling of the rented item and must return it in perfect condition.
Cleaning after return is covered by the brand. In the case of damage or loss, the client must reimburse the full value of the item.

A 50% deposit is required when booking a rental item. This guarantees the item is reserved for your date.
The deposit is non-refundable and is applied to the final price of the rental or purchase.

The rented item is available for pickup at the showroom and return must be made in person or as agreed.
